What joining the talent pool actually means.

Create a folder in your Google Drive named "[Your Full Name] RCB Talent Pool" and set sharing to "Anyone with the link can view." Upload your resume, a portrait photo, and a short video introduction (1–2 minutes: who you are, your experience, why you're a fit). Then paste the folder link below.
